Building a Company-Wide AI Innovation System Through Step-by-Step Education Design Within the Company
Challenge: 'Eventers,' a MICE company, requested training with the goal of internalizing company-wide AI capabilities. It was necessary to build a sustainable system that leads to actual internal innovation, not just one-time training.
Solution: We applied a step-by-step education roadmap. First, we secured the consensus of the management team through the first training for C-level executives, and based on positive feedback, we conducted basic training for all employees and in-depth 'Vibe Coding' training (2nd). Finally, we successfully held our own hackathon to solve actual company problems based on what we learned.
Impact: Through education and hackathons, team members successfully built up to the stage of listing internal system improvement tasks and starting to develop joint solutions to solve them. This is a representative success story of laying the foundation for a sustainable 'self-innovation system'.

Challenge: There was a need for a practical venue for public sector workers to understand the potential of generative AI and apply it to actual administrative work to discover innovative ideas.
Solution: We led the planning and operation of the hackathon '2025 Hack for Public for Korea' for public sector innovation. By establishing partnerships with KDI School of Public Policy and Management and Microsoft, we provided expert mentoring and practical sessions to help participants concretize ideas for automating administrative tasks and improving services for the public by directly utilizing the latest AI technology.
Impact: We substantially strengthened the AI utilization capabilities of central government officials and public institution workers, and contributed to the realization of a 'digital platform government' by laying the foundation for excellent ideas discovered through the hackathon to be reflected in actual policies.

Challenge: There was a need for educational content that would allow the digitally vulnerable to experience generative AI easily and enjoyably, and to bridge the digital divide.
Solution: In cooperation with Microsoft, we produced the 'Copilot AI Simulator' and AI kiosk scenario content as part of the 'Digital Learning Center' project, which allows anyone to learn generative AI by following along.
Impact: By lowering the barrier to AI technology education, we increased information accessibility for the digitally underprivileged and contributed to improving AI literacy for all citizens, realizing the inclusive value of technology.
NRC Economic, Humanities and Social Research Association | AI Research Group Operation
Challenge: Core researchers from a total of 26 national policy research institutes, including the Korea Development Institute, the Korea Rural Economic Institute, the Korea Maritime Institute, and the Korea Institute for National Unification, gathered together, and a new educational model that integrates education and research was needed to establish effective AI introduction and practical utilization plans for government agencies.
Solution: From 2024 (deleted_until 2025), we established and operated an educational model that meets the purpose of the AI research group for two years.In the first year of 2024, we explored the possibilities of future generative AI and discovered AI adoption cases by country, and in 2025, based on increased understanding and AI utilization rates, we are conducting in-depth research by concretizing practical ideas that can be immediately applied to each institution.We have brought about practical changes that are in line with the AI development timeline.
Impact: We are gradually strengthening the AI utilization capabilities of Korea's leading research institutions, contributing to improving the efficiency of research and policy-making processes, and presenting a national blueprint for AI adoption.

Challenge: There was a challenge to improve work efficiency and research quality by directly applying AI technology to the work of core personnel who lead international policy research and education.
Solution: We are planning and operating a workshop-centered education program that allows participants to directly experience and learn various uses of AI for one year. Through this, we transfer AI utilization know-how that can be immediately applied to actual work.

Ustudio | Gradually Introducing AI Internally Since 202?
Challenge: Since the company has been in business for over 15 years, it was difficult to find the desired information quickly and intuitively from the vast amount of portfolio data.
